This is a personal portfolio. It has no accounts, no forms and no cookies. Here is what happens to your data when you visit.
Who is responsible
Maksymilian Pawlak is the controller of personal data on this site. Write to pawlakmaks@gmail.com with any question about it.
Hosting
Cloudflare serves this site through Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, it receives your IP address, details of your browser and the pages you request, and keeps them in logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Visit statistics
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits. It sets no cookies and does not follow you across other sites. I see only totals, such as page views, countries and referring sites, never who you are.
Your browser
The site keeps one value in your browser's session storage so the opening animation plays once per visit. It never leaves your device and is gone when you close the tab.
If you write to me, Gmail (Google) delivers and stores the message. I use your address and what you wrote only to reply, and keep them only as long as the conversation needs.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: keeping the site running and secure, knowing how many people visit it, and answering messages.
Outside the EU
Cloudflare and Google are based in the United States and may process data there. Both take part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for its correction or erasure, or for its use to be limited, and you can object to its processing. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
